For people
You already go there. Now it pays you back.
Link a card once. Every coffee, lunch and haircut at a shop on the network moves you toward that shop's reward and earns points on top. No check-in, no code to scan, nothing extra to carry.

Two questions. We will only email you about the launch.
The tap isthe check-in.
A qualifying purchase on your linked card is the visit. Nothing to scan, nothing to show the person serving you, nothing to remember on the way in.
- No check-ins
- No QR codes
- No app to open
One visit, counted. The points land on their own.
How it works
One setup.Then nothing to do.
- 01
Link a card, once
Add the credit or debit card you already pay with. That is the whole setup, and it is the last time Visit asks you to do anything.
- 02
Go where you were going anyway
A qualifying purchase on that card is the visit. Nothing to present at the counter, nothing to open, nothing to remember.
- 03
Rewards find you
Points build as you go, and a business can set a milestone reward that arrives on its own. You never have to work out whether you have earned something.
What you get
Two things happen every time you go.
The shop's own reward gets closer, and your points balance grows. Neither one needs you to do anything.
A punch card that punches itself
Go back to the same shop enough times and its reward fires on its own. The shop decides what a visit is worth. You carry nothing, hand over nothing, and keep count of nothing.
Points on top, from everywhere
Separately from that, every shop on the network pays points into one balance. Those are not tied to any single counter, so a slow month at one place does not strand them.
Spent on what you want
The balance goes to the Visit marketplace. Most of what is in there is gift cards put up by the shops on the network, and once in a while something else entirely. What you earned buying coffee does not have to be spent on more coffee.
Rewards the shop chose
Each reward is set and funded by the business offering it, not bought wholesale by a discount reseller. A free pastry belongs to the bakery that put it up.
What it does not do
Most of what makes loyalty annoying is missing on purpose.
- No location trail
- Visit asks for your location to show what is near you on the map, and that is all it is for. A visit is counted from a card transaction at the shop, never from where your phone has been.
- No shop reading your spending
- A business never sees your transactions: not what you bought, not when, not for how much. It sees its own numbers in aggregate, and how many people are in a group it can send a reward to.
- No receipt scanning
- Visit does not follow cash transactions, and a photographed receipt will never count toward a visit. Only a qualifying purchase on your linked card counts, which is also why there is nothing to hold on to.
- No coupons to hunt
- Nothing is bought up front, there is no voucher to redeem, and there is no code to enter.
- No quiet defaults
- You decide what Visit shares and who can see it, and those controls sit in the app rather than buried in a settings page.
When it opens
Boston, Fall 2026.
Visit opens with a founding cohort of thirty independent businesses, on iOS and Android, one neighbourhood at a time. That cohort is a starting point rather than a cap, and more sign every week.
It is not live yet, so there is nothing to claim today and no card to link. The list is simply how you find out the day that changes.

Still deciding
The full set of questions people ask is answered in plain language: what it costs, who can see what, and where rewards can be spent.
